Ann Rockley

Ann Rockley is President of The Rockley Group, Inc, a consultancy that has an international reputation for developing content management strategies with a focus on customer-centric enterprise content management, and information architecture for content management.

Rockley is immediate past President of Content Management Professionals, a member organization that fosters the sharing of content management information, practices, and strategies and led the organization to a prestigious eContent 100 award in 2005. Rockley is a Fellow of the Society for Technical Communication and has a Master of Information Science from the University of Toronto. Rockley is the author of the best-selling book "Managing Enterprise Content: A Unified Content Strategy," New Riders Publishing ISBN 0-7357-1306-5.

Bob Boiko

Bob Boiko is founder and president of Metatorial Services Inc., and is a faculty member of the University of Washington Information School. Metatorial Services is a micro consultancy, specializing in content and information management strategy and design. With a range of commercial, governmental, and non-profit clients of every size, Metatorial Services has worked on just about every aspect of information management.The University of Washington's Information School is a group dedicated to helping shape the emerging electronic information discipline.

Bob Boiko is recognized world-wide as a leader in the field of content management with almost 20 years of experience designing and building Web, hypertext and multimedia systems and tools for some of the world's top technology corporations (including Microsoft, Motorola, and Boeing). He is author of two editions of "The Content Management Bible" and the upcoming book "Laughing at the CIO: Leading Information Management in the Information Age." In 2004, he sparked the creation of CM Professionals, the first and only content management organization for practitioners.

Emma Hamer

Emma Hamer is the founder and principal of eHamer Associates, Ltd., a Vancouver-based performance consulting company. She has worked with clients in the resource industry, the hospitality industry, the manufacturing industry, with government and non-profit agencies, and in the applied science and technology fields. She has been involved with several Enterprise Content Management projects to help manage the change processes, analyze and address human performance gaps, and support management in its efforts to maximize benefits and returns.
