Promotion

Distribute flyers/letters - Saturday Nov 22nd onwards

Decorate street - Saturday Nov 22nd

Event Day - Saturday December 6th

Various tasks including helping with the Craft Show, setting up the Stage, assisting with Santa and the Santa House, setting out signs and traffic directions, parking, keeping fire barrels lit, parade safety, setting up areas for Entertainers to name a few.

	9:00am to Noon		Noon to 3:00		2:30 to 4:30
	4:30 to 6:30		6:30 to 8:30

General event volunteer

Gate Supervision

We need volunteers to 'man' the gates from 3pm to 8pm. Shifts are one hour long.

	3:30 to 4:30		4:30 to 5:30		5:30 to 6:30
	6:30 to 7:30		7:30 to 8:00

 

    Volunteers are asked to attend a 15 minute training session prior to the event.
