Event Day

General event volunteer

	9:00am to noon	Set up of Craft Show in Hall / Tents along Street / Signs / Santa House / Traffic Signs
	1:00 to 3:00	Set up of Craft Show in Hall/ Stage area
	2:30 to 4:30	Help at Craft Show, Set up of Entertainers on Street, Set up of Gates, Help in Parade
	4:30 to 6:30	Help at Craft Show, Kids' Crafts, Santa's Elves, Fire Barrels
	6:30 to 8:30	Help at Craft Show, Kids' Crafts, Santa's Elves, Fire Barrels
	8:30 to 9:30	Clean up Community Hall, Take down of Tents, Signs, Gates, etc.

 

    Volunteers are asked to attend a 15 minute training session prior to the event.
