Sarah Beckley has spent the last fifteen years championing the customer. She works almost exclusively in the insurance and financial services industries, managing content strategy for public website redesigns. Her favorite part is holding stakeholder interviews. Sarah’s client work includes projects for HSBC, McKesson, IBM, Allstate, Citadel, STAR Financial Network, and the Options Industry Council. She is currently a senior content strategist at Razorfish.
