Paul brings over 25 years’ experience in content lifecycle operations, consulting, and software development, with expertise in the areas of enterprise content management, knowledge management, content classification, technical publishing, localization, collaboration, user interface design, learning technologies, and information worker productivity. Paul supports clients and customers in the manufacturing, life sciences, high tech, aerospace, retail, energy, capital equipment, and publishing industries. He is a frequent speaker at industry events and contributing writer for publications by various organizations. Paul holds an MBA from the William E. Simon School of Business, and a BA in Psychology from the University of Rochester in Rochester, New York.
