Helen Slattery
Helen Slattery is the senior director of Oracle Database Documentation. She is responsible for leading Oracle Database documentation activities including requirements analysis, release planning, and coordination of releases. Helen has been with Oracle USA since 1997. Prior to working at Oracle she worked at IBM Ireland and Retix Ireland. She regularly talks with internal and external Oracle customers to better understand their needs and how documentation as reusable DITA topics can be applied to solve their business needs and enhance the customer experience. Helen has a higher diploma in computer science.
