Karen O'Keefe is a Senior Quality Analyst at UTi, where she spends her non-geocaching time hunting for software bugs. Karen's career has combined writing and technology from the get-go, including many years as a technical communicator, instructional designer, trainer, newspaper reporter, college instructor, and content strategist.
